This unique "spinning" storage cabinet features a center-hinged top lid revealing a 6" deep storage space over an open bottom space accessed by any one of 4 doors. The top storage unit is supported on a separate, heavy, traditional style, carved base. Based on hardware and construction technique, we estimate this piece to be mid-20th Century and American in origin, but no manufacturer's marks are found. While we're unsure as to the original purpose of this piece, it would make a delightful (and "hidden") bar with space for low-profile glassware and bar gear in the top storage space, and liquor bottles below. Other than one minor loss on the edge of one of the base feet (see detailed photo), this piece is in very good condition with only a few surface marks consistent with age and use.
